  2. Rotate One arm Plank with Side Dip
  3. 25 Russian Twists with feet raised

  4. Narrow to Wide
  5. 5 Point Toe Drag

  1. Backhand Cut Back
  2. Back Hand Toe Drag
  3. Backhand Toe Pull
  4. Triangle Puck Swap
  5. Wide Width with 1 Hand Release

Stick Set 3: Each for 1 minute

  1. 4 Widths Drill
  2. Bottom Hand Only
  3. Top Hand Only
  4. Fake Pass Pullback
  5. Back to Front
